The sea and us

Target group: 4-8 grade elementary school students, high-school students, university students

Optimal group size: 10–20

Duration: 2 hours

Location: Marine Education Centre + accessible coastal area (≤10 min walk)

Topics:
An interdisciplinary workshop (geography, physics, chemistry, ecology). Practical work and field activities encourage causal reasoning and deeper understanding of marine ecosystems. Final presentations build students’ confidence and interpretation skills.
